NB: No classes in the week of half term (25-29 May) nor in the week of 11-15 May (due to training) / on back holidays.
- Mondays - 11 weeks (4 weeks to half term 13 April - 18 May; 7 weeks, 8 June - 20 July)
- Wednesday / Thursday evenings - 13 weeks (5 weeks to half term 15/16 April - 20/21 May; 8 weeks 3/4 June - 22/23rd July)
There will also be an extended Twilight Thursday class on 9 April, 7:30-9pm with a longer sound bath 💫 message to book this separately, £12

An inclusive all-levels yoga class suitable for all (except absolute beginners to yoga) in “vinyasa” flow style, linking movement + breath.

A 40 minute practice suitable for all to gently move, stretch + pause in the middle of the day. New to meditation? This is the perfect introduction!

🤰Tranquil Tuesday for Mothers-to-be: Pregnancy yoga + relaxation, 7:45-9pm

Tthe class will be 60 mins, including some time at the end after guided meditation for tea and connection with fellow mums-to-be.

TRIAL CLASS! (From 8 weeks post-partum)

- gentle yoga suitable for postpartum mums (after 8 weeks) or dads
- interactive parent + baby yoga
